My name is Yesenia and I am here fundraising for my brothers funeral expenses on behalf of my family. I have written what I want this post to state countless of times only to delete and re-write it. Perfection is what I am trying to accomplish as my brother deserves nothing less.

On Saturday September 30th, 2023 my brother Chris tragically lost his life in a car accident. He had just turned 33 on September 1st. These past few years Chris had learned to gain the confidence in himself and enjoy life all while pursuing his goal on becoming a registered nurse. Chris was a silly/charismatic human being. His smile was contagious, his jokes were sometimes funny, but his kindness was REAL. His truth was REAL. His loyalty was REAL. My family is small but to Chris, his family was big. His friends were part of his family. Chris spent most of his time away from home. If he wasn't working he was at the gym, and if he wasn't at the gym, he was out with a friend(s).

My family is absolutely devastated by this and we are struggling to come to terms with the shock of loosing Chris at such a young age and so unexpectedly. I am here asking everyone and anyone for assistance in raising funds to alleviate the financial burden my parents now face. Your contribution, big or small, will go directly towards covering the costs of Christopher's funeral, memorial service and all related expenses.
