Christopher Hamsher

As we all continue to process the tragic loss of Chris Hamsher, his friends and family are humbly asking for contributions to make one of his lifelong dreams come true. All of us know Chris as a teacher, coach, friend and loving family man, but he was also an amazing writer. Chris spent many years working on a young adult novel, Alan's First Labor, that he recently finished. The completion of this book was a fantastic accomplishment and brought him immense pride and satisfaction. We would like to call upon the community to assist in publishing this novel as well as creating a memorial in honor of Chris's 20+ year dedication to the Abington community and school district.
