Christopher Pease Cremation & Ceremony Fund

My dad, Christopher Pease, passed away just a bit after 12 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16th.

He had just gotten out of the hospital Saturday, where doctors diagnosed him with a rare and fatal brain disease called Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) that has no treatment.

We never expected it to progress so quickly. We were holding out hope we would have him for at least another month or so.

After hearing my dad’s breathing becoming more and more of a struggle, his body having no energy to do anything else but gasp for breath and blink for yes, we decided to take him to the hospital where they made him as comfortable as possible until he passed.

We have decided to cremate my dad and host a small memorial service for the family to honor the impact he had on all of our lives.

EVERY donation will go towards cremating/celebrating my dad and helping my mom as she navigates the financial burden of losing a major income source.
