Christopher Persaud's Funeral

Our beloved father, Christopher Persaud, recently passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, from Covid-19. Chris was an incredible father, a faithful husband, and a devoted member at his church in River Valley in Apple Valley. He touched the lives of everyone he encountered. He was known for his laughter, his encouraging words, and his zeal for God. He leaves behind his wife, Svetlana Persaud, his daughter Rhema Persaud, his two sons, Israel Persaud and Isaiah Persaud. He also leaves behind a fat cat named Mousse.

 

Chris dedicated his life to the Lord, his family, and his community. He was known first as a Christian and a missionary. His passion was in spreading the good news-the news that Jesus Christ loved and died for us. He was an avid reader and a globe-trotter. Everyone who encountered him knew he was like a ball of light in this world. He loved to make people laugh and was always cracking a joke. He loved to attend church and his weekly meeting with his church group.

 

We are all utterly devastated by my dad’s loss and were unprepared for the high cost of a funeral service and medical bills. We want to give Chris the memorial he deserves, honor Chris's memory, and say our last goodbyes until we meet again in that heavenly plane.

 

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of my dad, Chris's funeral. We need to raise $20,000 by Friday, December 10, 2021, to afford the funeral service.
