Christopher Rome Hunt

Christopher gained his Angel wings today, April 3rd, 2024 surrounded by his wife and family. He has put up one hell of a fight after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Myxoid Lyposarcoma Cancer in 2020. After fighting through 25 radiation treatments, surgery to remove a tumor from his leg, 1 year of chemo treatments including the red devil, was admitted with sepsis, continued through and started clinical trials and then on March 13th, 2024, had a stroke here in Denton while traveling from their home in Houston, he never gave up fighting. He was admitted to the ICU at Medical City Denton where we were told he had a brain bleed causing him to be completely paralyzed on his left side and found 9 tumors in his brain. He came home to our home in Denton to start hospice care on March 15th, 2024. We were fortunate to have 3 full weeks side by side with him during this time. He loved his family immensely and gave everything he had to be that 1%. This page is help with funeral expenses, medical expenses as well as help with moving our mom back home to Denton. Without having life insurance for our Dad times like now, anything will help.
