Christy and Ron’s Healing Journey

Hi my name is Carrie. I am raising money for my friends, Christy and Ron. They are innocent people who were involved in a horrific head on collision on August 6. Ron has broken ribs, a broken pelvis and a broken ankle that he has had emergency surgery on. He has many bruises and is extremely sore. He is awake and talking and very worried about his beautiful fiancé Christy..

All of the bones in both Christy’s legs are broken. All of her ribs are broken. Her lung collapsed along with a bleed in her liver. Her pelvis is broken and six different places. And she has a small brain bleed. She had surgery yesterday on her right femur and her hip. She will need surgery today for her pelvis. She’s heavily sedated and on a ventilator. I’m not sure what other surgery she will have down the road but she is going to have an extremely long recovery ahead of her. So I am raising this money to help them with their hospital bills and any bills for their home that they won’t be able to pay for while they’re in the hospital and unable to work.
