Christy Lyn Smith

On Saturday October 15, 2022 our beloved Christy Lyn was peacefully called home to Heaven; her work here on Earth was done.

The world is a little grayer without her bright presence. Christy would light up any room she walked into; she was a beacon of light on a dark day. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Christy could attest to that. She was one of the hardest workers anyone has ever known. She did not know "half measures." She gave 110% of herself to her family, co-workers and anyone in need. She was a genuinely selfless person.

To Christy, family came first, well..maybe second only to her animals. She was a lover of animals big and small.

We are raising money on behalf of her family to help offset the cost of the funeral services. We want to be able to alleviate any added financial stress on the family caused by her sudden and unexpected passing.

There will be a celebration of life on Tuesday November 1, 2022 from 3pm to 7pm at Harvey - Engelhardt Funeral Home in Ft. Myers, FL. A gathering in Pennsylvania is being planned (info to follow).
