Chuck Casson's medical bills and needs
Donation protected
Hi my name is Lisa Casson I am Chuck Casson's wife. We have had several people ask us about how they could help with the medical needs of my husband. Most of you know that Chuck got hit by a car while on the way home from work a few years ago. His fight continues and Chuck has to have his leg amputated October 21, 2021. As most of you know both Chuck and I are not ones to ask for help, but I know when we do need it. This is one of those times that we need help. I meet Chuck 7 years ago through a mutual friend and I was there for him through everything and I will be by his side through all thats to come. Due to his fussed leg his work ssaid they didn't have anything for him and focused him to retire or resign. this process is on going with his work. I had to queit my full time job as a preschool director due to the risk of dropping a child if I had a seizure. Just so everyone knows a little background on me I had 78 seizures and a mini stroke last September and I am still fighting the seizures daily. Due to my health condition I am on disability. Chuck is waiting on disability to see if he is approved. A lot will have to change around the house to make it more handicape friendly such as the shower. We don't have bars or a way to replace the shower to make it more accomidating for Chuck. The surgery alone will cost $145,000 that does not include rehab, his prostetic, wheelchair, wheelchair lift for the car, handicap friendly shower, or the ramp to get into the house. I don't expect anyone to donate but would appreciate any help even just the prayers for Chuck. He is my best friend and husband. Who ever thought we would go through all the vows in a short amount of time. Life is a gift tressure each day and each moment. We would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you and God Bless
