Chuck Fenigstein's Medical Expenses

I'm  starting this campaign for my friend Chuck Fenigstein and his wife Wanda Petrie.  Chuck went to New York to attend his dear mother's funeral a few weeks ago.  He was at the JFK airport heading back home to Arizona when he collapsed and was rushed to the hospital where he was placed in ICU and remained unresponsive for 6 days.   The doctors feel he had a heart attack, an infection that sent him into septic shock and he started to experience organ failure.  Wanda was told he may not make it.

After 6 days he regained some responsiveness to commands from the doctor.  He was taken off some of the machines, one by one, when the doctors felt he was strong enough to handle it.  Chuck will be moved to a rehab center in New York for 3-weeks as he can't get on a plane to come back to Arizona yet. 

Chuck is the sole provider for him and his wife who is a full time student.  Wanda has dropped out of school to help take care of things the best she can.  The money is needed immediately for living expenses while Chuck is in rehabilitation both in New York and then Arizona and for medical expenses.

Chuck is an amazing, giving and kind person who has helped so many people in his life working to offer guidance and counsel to those in recovery programs.  He is respected and loved by many that know him well.

All words of inspiration, encouragement and any uplifting thoughts you would like to share for Chuck are greatly appreciated as well.  This will help aid in his recovery.
