Grandpapa and I he was 38 I was 6 weeks!

I'm Daisy Sycks the Granddaughter of Charles William Granger whom sadly passed on December 13th 2023 a mere two days before his 82nd birthday... As most his finally arrangements where partially covered in advance, thanks to the help of his wonderful caregiver Theresa whom has his ashes, I'm hoping to be able to bury or spread his ashes on/in my grandma Daisy's grave in Hot Springs Montana and get them as stone as of right now Grandma Daisy doesn't have one. I'm just trying to go collect our family photos and such meet the wonderful woman who befriend and helped my grandfather get out of a nursing home and into his own place... I for the longest time could not locate my grandpa it was like no one had any information at all... In sep 2022 I found a number and address for him and we finally reconnected. I plan to hold a small memorial for him with my children and grandchildren in Polson area a place we often went together. My 7yr old and I will have to fly to Seattle from Alaska and drive from there to complete this journey this goodbye to the man who raised me and taught me so so much. Lessons others couldn't have taught me in a way my autistic mind would have understood. And I have to honor who he was to me when I needed it the most. The man who carried me home out of the field when I fell and got banged up.. the one who sat by my bed when I had fever with a wet washcloth and a fan try to cool me off.. the man who tried the slip and slide with me and fell down the exact same way I did making me laugh so I wouldn't cry anymore... The one who made sure I had a flashlight by my bed for night I had nightmares... Please help me and my child honor my grandfather one last time.

I plan to wait until Aug as I currently have medical issues needing attention and I need to finish taking care of those first.
