Help Chuck heal a broken (ish) heart.

I've been a professional writer and marketer in the games space (rpg, board games, card games) for going on 25 years. I've worked for RPGObjects, Mayfair Games, and freelanced for more companies than I can comfortably name in a short(ish) post like this.

In late 2020, I had a heart attack, and after a quadruple bypass, I got back to work, and everything seemed to be going well for a time. Recently, that has changed. I am experiencing dizziness, loss of concentration, and sudden onset fatigue. Without going into too much personal detail, there are signs that my heart is not functioning properly. Honestly, there's not a SUPER amount of details I can provide, because at present, we don't 100% know what's going on. Basically, my heart is functioning at a heavily reduced capacity.

I am working with some really great doctors, and for the moment, my goals are really simple: I just want to feel like myself again. I want to be able to check the mail, or shave, or take a shower, without being out of breath. With everyday tasks being difficult, work is not something I can presently do. Also, though I have pretty good insurance, there are medical bills involved.

This is a really hard thing for me, despite having sold numerous books and met many fine folks in the game industry, I don't really get "personal" a lot online. But I do need some help while I work through this, and that's why I'm here. Please help if you can.
