Chuck Lebeda Heart Transplant

Fundraiser to help with travel, lodging, and other expenses not covered by insurance.

Chuck has been struggling with heart related issues most of his life and has exhausted surgical and medicinal options. Chuck is in heart failure and the last option is a heart transplant. He begins his trips to Minneapolis for medical workups with the transplant team this weekend (November 14th, 2021). We hope he will be added to the transplant list following results of these tests.
