Chuck’s Medical Relief Fund

Hello…

We are asking for donations to help our father with his medical bills & expenses.

Our father suffered a massive stroke on July 4th, 2023.

He’s currently in the hospital in critical condition. We don’t know how long he’ll be in the hospital. We do know he will need long term Rehabilitation services when he gets out of the hospital.

He will also no longer be able to work when he gets home, they are going from a two income household to a one income household.

Many of you may know our father from his days coaching girls softball for Sidney Electric, and also served as Commissioner and President of the league.

He’s also an Army veteran, and an avid baseball and football enthusiast and is a diehard Cleveland Guardians fan and also a diehard Cleveland Browns fan.

He loves fishing, coffee, and his wife and family.
