Chue Mee Xiong Memorial Fund

Our dear mother, Chue Mee Xiong, had fought diligently through 2 strokes. The second stroke, which occurred in May 2021, left her muted and paralyzed. She passed away Monday December 6, 2021 in her home around loved ones.

Chue’s life story began June 15, 1966 in Laos. She arrived in California in 1996 with her husband and 9 children. Without any educational background, she spent many years working as a laborer to support her children. Today, she is survived by her husband Boua Yia Vang, 13 children, and 16 grandchildren.

From Laos to the United States, Chue made a lasting impact on everyone who she interacted with. Her love of life and people kept her energetic and overflowing with love. While we will miss her laughter, smile, and big personality greatly, we know that she’s no longer in pain.
