Church Boiler Repair Fund
Blessings to you, Christus Church Family and Friends!
Our new year has begun with both a blessing and a challenge. The blessing is that we continue to serve God in our community… helping to service immigrants, support mothers and babies, run a monthly food pantry that feeds over 200 families, and support the members of our congregation with spiritual guidance and give them a safe worship space.
But we have also been challenged by a failing boiler that caused us to not have Christmas Day service due to freezing temperatures inside the church. This challenge has cost the church $18,000 to repair the boiler. We are reaching out to our family and friends to assist with raising $8,000 to complete the process of paying the balance for the repairs. This is a huge financial hardship for a small congregation that continues to be a beacon of hope for the people of Cramer Hill and those who visit.
Please assist if you are able. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated in helping us pay off the debt to keep the church doors open, warm, and safe to those who worship and come for assistance.
We would also like to invite you to join us in worship every Sunday at 10am. We welcome all people from every background and identity. We believe we are all children of God and that we are all brothers and sister in the mission to be of service to others.
We thank you for your time and consideration. Please be a blessing to your neighbors as you are blessed.
