Church Kitchen to feed the community

Blessings everyone. God has put on my heart to fix the kitchen here at my church in Horizon Texas. The needs for the church is a stove and stove oven to allow us to support our church. We have events and now way to prepare food while reaching out to the community.  

After talking with my Pastor we have decided to focus on just getting the commercial range that will match the vent hood that is installed. While the sink is being installed I can focus on getting the range to prepare food. 

I cook pancakes every Sunday morning for the church members at my house and bring them to church. Our church is growing (praise the Lord) and I already spend 3 hours each Sunday trying to cook enough at my home. 

We also are looking forward to having a Christian School at the church during the week having a stove will allow the children to eat hot lunches. 

I have never ran a soup kitchen before and will go visit some other places to learn how they are ran and get resources to help the community. A lot of work to do but the next step in this process is to get the range installed.
