Chylo, Anna, and Baby Selah Williams

We all remember those days when we were newlyweds, just trying to scrape by and make ends meet. Then exciting news! Here comes a baby! The joys of parenthood also come with financial stresses and worries. Chylo and Anna had it all planned out, but as we all know, life just never seems to cooperate, it's always full of surprises.
On February 12 little Selah Grace Williams came into the world, just a little earlier than expected. Selah was 2 pounds, 2 ounces and struggling for her little life. She had only grown to approximately 27 weeks, even though Anna was 34 weeks pregnant. She was born with some health issues and has been transferred to Stanford Children's Hospital in Palo Alto. So far she seems to be doing well there.
What We Know:
Selah has been diagnosed with 5P Minus Syndrome. It causes her to grow slower than usual along with a number of other health challenges. Doctor’s expect Selah to be in the hospital for months before she can go home. Even then she will have special needs, many of which are uncertain as this syndrome is very rare and affects each child differently and with varying severity.
Why We Need Your Help:
Chylo and Anna need to be by her side in Palo Alto, so neither are working during this time. This brings up many financial challenges as they are temporarily displaced. Thankfully, they were able to secure a place to stay at the Ronald McDonald House near the hospital Selah’s staying at. Some food is provided for them but it is very limited. Bills back home still need to be covered. These expenses will be substantial and it is still unclear whether there will be significant medical expenses when all is said and done. Your help will be greatly appreciated and help take a huge burden off of them so they can concentrate on giving little Selah all the love and attention she deserves.
