Cinda with out of state treatment for cancer

Hi, my name is Cinda Burd-Ironmaker. I was recently diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Synovial Sarcoma. The Montana cancer treatment centers are unable to efficiently treat this aggressive form of cancer. I will be going to Seattle Hutchinson Cancer Institute for treatment starting the week of 12/18. I will need to stay there for 6 weeks with daily radiation treatments and then come home for 4 weeks. I will then return again to Seattle for a surgery. I am embarrassed and this is hard to ask for help but, this is heavy a cannot do this on my own. I have always worked hard for everything and asking for help is hard for me. This is bad timing because Indian Country has some tough battles and so many people are needing my help. My husband and kids need me, my family needs me. I am scared but I will go through what I need to to live. I trust God to help me through this storm and make me stronger. Like I said this is hard for me to ask for help. I thank you for your support and prayers as I take this scary storm of unknown waters.
