This is Cindy Minor. She recently learned that not only has her cancer returned, but it has progressed. She also found out just last week, more dreadful news. CINDY’S CANCER HAS ADVANCED RAPIDLY AND WORSENED.
Cindy has been battling cancer for more than 6 years. Twice this disease has labeled her terminal, and both times, with the help of her doctors, family, friends and many prayers, Cindy has been blessed with successful outcomes. Unfortunately, this time, Cindy’s rare cancer has spread to various organs all over her body, and the outcome is looking grim.
This is where Cindy needs our help, NOW! Cindy has been accepted to a cancer research hospital that has developed a treatment plan based on her rare, individual cancer. This specialized treatment is unique and developed just for Cindy. Unfortunately, with specialty hospitals, there is an enormous cost, and this specialized individual treatment plan, isn’t covered by conventional insurance companies. Cindy needs our help and support paying for this new life saving treatment. In addition to everything else, time is not on Cindy’s side, and this specialized treatment needs to be administered ASAP, in order for her cancer to stop growing and not become fatal. So, that is why Cindy needs our help and support, NOW! Battling cancer for the past 6 years has been very costly for Cindy. She has depleted all of her savings and other sources of revenue. Even though Cindy has always had health insurance, she has spent over a quarter of a million dollars out of pocket just to cover her various medical expenses, and she just doesn’t have enough funds left to pay for this new cancer treatment. For those of you who don’t know Cindy, well, you’re missing out! Cindy is larger than life, never taking anything or anyone for granted. She never meets a stranger wherever she goes, and makes everyone she talks to feel important. Cindy can light up a room with her infectious smile and is a true friend and an inspiration to all. Those who know Cindy, can’t help but love her!
Cindy’s battle against cancer all started on February 14th, 2017, when she was diagnosed stage four with Ovarian, Cervical, and Colon cancer that had metastasized to her pelvis. Cindy didn’t even know she was sick, much less terminal, but through the grace of God, she beat the odds and was victorious. Unfortunately seven months later, Cindy received the news that again time was not on her side, as she was diagnosed with liver cancer and an inoperable tumor. Yet, doctors, family and friends all rallied for Cindy, and again, with God’s blessings Cindy prevailed over her cancer. For the past two years Cindy’s cancer has been diagnosed as sporadic. She has developed more tumors in several different places on her body, but fortunately, the tumors have been small. Growing rapidly one minute and then hardly growing at all the next. Cindy has tumors in her left Lung, (and never smoked a day in her life). She has been diagnosed with Renal/Kidney cancer, her Liver cancer has returned, she has 7 tumors in her Stomach and two tumors in her Back. Cindy has been called amazing, one tough cookie, determined, inspirational and a little stubborn, but whatever she is called, we all love her and want her to win this war against cancer.
