Help Cindy Sanders Guillen fight against Cancer

On March 22nd, 2023 one of my oldest and best friends, one of OUR friends, Cindy Sanders Guillen, was diagnosed with DCIS, a form of breast cancer. The absolute shock of her life, anyone's life when the words cancer come into play. After speaking with her doctors and having a biopsy done, Cindy went in on April 27, 2023 to have the tumor removed. It was a successful lumpectomy, and she was cancer free.... until she went in for a post surgery follow-up. During her appointment, Cindy was told even though she is cancer free at the moment, it was only a matter of time before the Cancer came back, and advised her to have a double mastectomy. We are awaiting that surgery date.I am reaching out to all of you. As an employee of the Cumberland County School system, Cindy is a single mother of 2 boys. Her eldest, Tyler, is in college and works 2 jobs. Her youngest son, Cody, will be graduating high-school in less than a month and then he is off to basic training. We aren't sure how long Cindy will be out of work as of right now, however I do know that she has used all of her time off for various doctors appointments and procedures. As that is evident by the medical bills that have already started coming in.If you know Cindy, then you know how much of a joy she is.. and also how much of a firecracker hides under that blonde hair! Cindy and I have been friends for 30 years, and she has been through a lot in those years, especially with the recent passing of her best friend, her father. She deserves support and love... prayers and good vibes.Any little bit will help more than you will ever know. She is not one to ask for help, and she will probably try to pay each donation back once she finds out about this .So that is where I come in and I ask for any support, even a dollar.
