Tapia, her brother, Oscar Tapia, her brother, Cesar Tapia, her brother Carlos Tapia, and her brother, David Avila. She was a cherished aunt to Sebastian Tapia and Paul Rios, her nephews. Cindy’s love also extended to Silver Tapia and Tatiana Rios, her nieces. Cindy shared her love and happiness with her partner, Joaquín Palacios, which she treasured in her heart.

Cindy's legacy also lives on through her extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who felt the warmth of her presence. A loving sister, daughter, and friend, Cindy's very being radiated joy and solace to those she cared for. Her absence
