Cindy Stevens Memorial Fund
Donation protected
My name is Tiffany Van Horne and I am the niece of Cynthia Ann Hetzel-Stevens. Cindy passed away suddenly in her sleep early in the morning Sunday March 15th, 2015 at the young age of 47. Cindy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as an active member throughout her life. She met everyone with open arms and unconditional love. She especially loved her two sons, Josh Stevens (25) and Ben Stevens (22), as well as her devoted husband John Stevens. Cindy was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease a couple of years ago and suffered a series of complications that lead to her needing several surgeries and a series of long term medical treatments. During the last part of her life her loving husband John did everything in his power to ensure that she received the best medical attention possible, no matter the cost. While Cindy was disabled and bedridden it put a tremendous financial strain on their family. Since Cindy's passing, the family has been left with the expenses associated with her passing as well as the remainder of her outstanding medical bills, which they simply cannot afford. Please help us honor Cindy's life and the tremendous positive impact she made on everyone she came into contact with by making a contribution to her memorial fund. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. With each contribution you will receive a handmade dragonfly bracelet, and a copy of both of Cindy's music CD's, "Walking with Angels" and "Keep the Faith." Please include the address where you would like these shipped or email your address to [email redacted].
Thank you for all of your love and support.
With love,
Tiffany Van Horne

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for donating to Cindy's memorial fund. All of the donations were put towards the purchase of a beautiful headstone to remember her by.
