No mother should have to bury their child!

Hello, on behalf of a grieving mother and the family, we started this fund. We are striving to raise funds to assist with life expenses for a grieving mother. Her 17 year old son CION JERE CARROLL, was tortured, murdered, dismembered, and buried by unknown monsters that reside in Kenbridge, VA.. Cion went missing on November 2, 2022, in the town of Kenbridge, Va. He is a native of Richmond, Va but was temporarily staying with his grandmother at the time of his disappearance. It was less than 24 hours when his disappearance was reported to the police department. In our opinion, we feel as if the Kenbridge Police Department did not escalate this matter fast enough. Despite the fact of a mother’s plea and confirmation that her son was in fact missing, there were no searches formulated through the department but plenty of excuses given to the lack of urgency. The family had to conduct their own independent searches, investigations, and contact news outlets to bring awareness to everyone. Hope and faith is what kept a desperate mother and family going day in and out. The Kenbridge Police Department knew one important fact in this case and that was the location of where his phone lasted pinged. Which turned out to be where a registered III level sex offender resided. Despite that fact, no search was conducted on the house or property. Each day that passed, was another day Cion was in danger and the family’s hearts cried out louder. The Kenbridge Chief of Police , on the 9th day after the family left from another attempt at searching for Cion, mysteriously had a hunch about where his remains were located (his words). He stated he went to the wooded area and spotted what looked like disturbed earth around 9pm on November 11, 2022. It was not until after the Chief of Police found the disturbed area that he called in for the State Police to takeover despite the family’s multiple pleas and cries before hand to bring them in because they stated they did not have the resources or manpower to handle this situation (They only have 4 officers total in the department). As the family rallied up more individuals on day 10 to do another massive search, is when the news was broken that a body was found in a shallow grave and based on the tattoo marking ( his mom’s name), it was believed to be Cion. His body was taken to the medical examiner office in Richmond, VA where his mother had yet to see him. A DNA analysis was ordered to provide 100% confirmation of the body. Not knowing the cause of death or the condition of his body, his grieving mother and family could do nothing but wait and speculate the outcome of the autopsy. Every day became harder than the previous day due to the emptinesses of not knowing, praying, crying, worrying, confusion, etc. Here we are 21 days since he was discovered and his mother and family finally have a positive confirmation and the autopsy details, that were provided by the Medical Examiner’s Office. His mother, family, and friends are all heartbroken and in disbelief. Due to the condition of Cion’s body, his mother will never see her son again because they advised no viewing due to the unbearable condition of the body. His mother is barely holding on and has been out of work since his disappearance. We are striving to assist her with the financial burden of being out of work. She also has two other children to provide for. Also, money will be used to assist with legal fees if an independent investigation is needed in the case of Cion’s disappearance and murder and REWARD money. I know that the holidays are near so any contribution will/is greatly appreciated.
