Return Emelia-Rose to her family

Hello everyone

This is Emelia-Rose she is now 2 years old and not long after she was born she was illegally taken from her mother by the social services. They used threats and coercion to make Emelia-Roses mum sign a section 20, she didn't know what she was signing and was treatened with the police if she didn't sign. We had solicitors who did not inform us of numerous things we could have done and who were also collaborating with the social services. Anyone who has had dealings with the social services will know where I am coming from if I have something negative to say.

We want to start a Revocation of a placement order and discharge the care order but to do this we need a solicitor which comes at a cost because we can't get legal aid.

So we are begging people to help!

Please help us to get our daughter back, she has been physically and mentally abused in the 2 years she has been with social services and needs to be returned to her family. She loves spending time with her family and even at the young age of two at the end of the visits by mum and dad she doesn't want to leave us.

Emelia-Rose should be returned to her mothers care but the only way this can happen is with the help of people who understand what we are going through.

This is a one time opportunity to return Emelia-Rose to her loving family and with the understanding and generosity of everyone we can make it happen.

We are far from bad parents just unlucky enough to have the social services decide they want to get involved in our lives for the first time. I am not going to go on a rant about the social services because I don't feel this will help but I just want people to understand that the social services are not always correct in their actions.
