City Hope After School Christmas Fundraiser

City Hope Community is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that seeks to serve refugee families in Clarkston, GA. City Hope After School Program works to help close the educational gap among refugee children and youth by connecting college-aged volunteers and refugee students in Clarkston. Tutors help students with their daily homework and provide other supplemental education support while also fostering relationships that build closer community and instill important values for their future.

These past two years have been heavy to bear with the COVID pandemic and all the impacts its has had on all areas of our lives. We are really looking forward to being able to celebrate this Christmas season with our students (safely) in-person and want to make it especially joyful and bright all season long with special crafts, activities and experiences at our 2 site locations! We'd also like to love on our students and our families through gifts!

We are raising funds to provide gifts for our students and a Winter Essentials Care package for their families. Every $20 donation provides either a toy for one of our students or a Winter essentials care package for their families, however we appreciate any amount of support you give! This year we hope to buy gifts for the approximately 50 students and 25 families that we serve through our program.
