with medical expenses and associated costs

Hi, I am fundraising for my loving friend and co-worker Margaret who has been a dedicated employee for 24 years. She has been recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease. During seeking treatment for thyroid disease, another serious medical issue was discovered. After numerous tests including a bone marrow biopsy, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Margaret will be under going chemo for 6 months. Due to the swelling of the lymphnodes, it has been causing her severe pain and numbness making her unable to work. The medical expenses are adding up quickly with co-payments and medications alone.

This is the co-worker that has been a mother/grandmother figure to many and all. She is the one who always shared her lunch because she wanted to make sure you were fed even when you told her you weren't hungry. Margaret will make and deliver homemade chicken soup to sick coworkers, deliver flowers and balloons after any special event. She has been in charge of the birthday card club for the past 20+ years reminding everyone to sign and mail the card. She always puts others before herself. She deserves no less from the people who have come to know her and love her as I do.
