Please help Ced recover from a house fire.

Hi fam, friends and donors,
CJ is my nephew who moved to San Diego right out of high school to attend college and start adulting. I call him CJ, but you know him as Ced!. At the time we lived there, so he had family near, but we’ve since moved across the country leaving him solo. He has done an awesome job of learning independence and growing into an amazing and responsible young man.
He started st Southwestern College and transferred straight to San Diego State University (SDSU) while also playing rugby for the University. All the while he did his studies, played sports and held down two jobs to support himself while living with other student roommates near the college. He successfully graduated last June and is now pending entry into the Masters program for his teaching credentials.
His primary job was initially working in Southeast San Diego at a junior high school as an after school program staff. He was so well liked , that he transitioned to a classroom as an aid for special needs kids.
Recently he moved jobs to a local high school, still working as a TA in a special needs class, also coaches football for this school, while working nights as a bouncer at a country bar to have a tad of spending money after bills.
On February 20th, 2024 CJ’s shared housing caught on fire and he lost everything. While the Fire Dept has not given an exact source yet, it appears to have been a faulty electrical outlet or lamp plug next to CJ’s bed. By the grace of God, CJ was not home when it started in the night. His roommate was and is safe!
CJ (or Ced) loves others, loves serving others, and loves Jesus. Right now he is without family, in San Diego, and in need of a fresh start - even his work clothes, boots and school gear is gone.
Please consider helping CJ with a donation to show him he is loved and appreciated! And to keep his fun loving spirit alive.
