Jacobs top surgery

Hello! My name is Jacob. I am ftm and I’m 21 years old. I started testosterone shots about 3 months ago. My cup size is 48 D so I’m working my way towards getting them removed after I’ve gotten a year of hormone therapy. My body dysmorphia started at around 13 and I still struggle with it to this day. It’s difficult to conceal my chest and good binders are expensive. It’s probably my biggest insecurity. I’m still living with my parents and rely on them mostly for my financial support. They do not support my transition and I feel very isolated between them. I’m suffocating emotionally and mentally at home. This surgery will help me feel more confident in my own body and being my true self. The cost of this surgery is the only thing preventing me from being the man i view myself as. Most of my money goes towards expenses despite still living with my parents so i can only save up a small amount very slowly. The surgeon I’ll be going to is located in Cleveland, Ohio and my insurance will not be covered since it’s a private practice.So every dollar counts. I’ll be grateful for anything. The procedure involves a double incision due to having large breasts so it’s especially expensive. Again, every dollar counts. I appreciate everything. Thank you.
