CJ's campaign for The Wallich

From the age of 17, I spent 3 years sleeping on the streets. I know how horrible it can be but homeless doesn’t have to mean hopeless. The Wallich is an incredible charity in Cardiff dedicated to creating opportunities to those who find themselves with nowhere to live. I don’t have to tell you how essential their work is, especially in the current climate, or how much this means to me.

Therefore, on 6th October (1 month before my 50th birthday!) I’m aiming to set a new PB time of sub 1.20 at the Cardiff half marathon. This would be a national level result for me but I think I can do it. My current PB of 1.21.06 was set in January and The Wallich is definitely worth the effort!
