Dear Community,
As you may know, our friend and co-worker Eric (Mogie) Mogensen has been fighting stage three melanoma for the last year and a half. As the cancer becomes more aggressive, so does the cost of treatment to fight it. It doesn’t shock anyone to hear that his medical bills have skyrocketed and not all of the treatment is covered by insurance. After multiple surgeries, he is currently undergoing chemotherapy utilizing Opdivo and Yervoy as well as a new local immunotherapy treatment called TVEC.
About Mogie:
First and foremost, Eric is one of the best dads on the planet. His daughter, Maya, is his pride and joy. They share a very close bond that is evident to anyone who has met them, and if anyone deserves to see their daughter flourish in life, it's our friend Mogie. He’s the type of guy who makes everyone laugh, give you the shirt off his back, teach you how to fly fish, cream you in a downhill skiing race, and then buy you a beer afterwards.
Let's give back to Mogie and help him afford his cancer treatment so that when he beats this thing, instead of drowning in debt, he will be swimming in love generated by the outpouring of support from friends, family and community.
