Fundraiser for Bob Foley and family

Our beloved friend, family member, husband, father - Bob Foley, who many of you know fought brain cancer 10 years ago, was recently told that there is a reoccurrence of the previous brain tumor along with additional tumors on the frontal lobe. Starting immediately after Christmas, Bob will be having a biopsy followed by additional radiation and chemotherapy. The majority of these treatments will be out of town over the course of several weeks at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center around 2 hours away, which will mean time off from work, travel, childcare, and medical expenses. In addition, this also means higher costs of Cobra insurance coverage for Lauren and the kids. All money raised will assist with: medical costs (treatment and insurance), travel, potential hotel stays, assisting the family (child and home care, groceries, etc) while Bob is unable to work both during and after treatment.

Bob continues to be a fighter and is approaching this new battle with the upmost positivity as is ingrained in his character. We know Bob sees every day as a blessing and has always helped everyone and anyone in need. As a cancer survivor, Bob has assisted in his own fundraising that provided thousands of dollars to Coaches vs Cancer.

Now it’s our turn to help Bob and his family in their time of need and get them started on the long road to recovery. Anything is appreciated and no donation is too small.
