Scholarships for Trans Youth

We are hosting a first-of-a-kind scholarship opportunity for transgender, gender nonconforming, and gender diverse students!
Due to the pervasive victimization, family rejection, and discrimination trans students face, they often don't have the resources to go to college. We want to help change that.
Scholarships will be between $500 and $2,000 depending on donations. We will be offering at least three scholarships focusing on trans youth activism. You can learn more about the scholarships here.
If you want to donate over $250, you can contact us with your specific wishes for what to do with the money at [email redacted]. You can also directly donate through paypal at www.transstudent.org/donate (just leave us a comment saying "scholarships" along with any other recommendations. Our reward levels also apply to direct donations!). Your donations directly to us are also tax-deductible!
Where do your donations go? 70% go directly to scholarships, 20% to scholarship outreach and awareness, and 10% to GoFundMe fees (please note these numbers are approximations).
