Clarence is very sick and needs to go to vet

Hi, my name is Kathy and I have never done anything like this before so forgive me if I don't word things properly.

Clarence is my baby, he is a rescue from the Dallas Animal shelter, I adopted him when he was around 5 months old. He is my first Ginger ever, I always wanted one since I was a little girl.

He recently started sneezing repeatedly and now is struggling to breathe. He isn't eating, he won't play and is hiding under the bed most days now. I have called my vet and they will not prescribe anything without seeing him and I just don't have the money right now with rent due. I can't stop crying, I feel like such a bad cat mom!!

Anything will help just 5 or 10 dollars will make a difference!!
