Clark Palen Memorial Fund
Donation protected
We lost Clark unexpectedly in the early hours of Saturday November 5, just 4 days shy of his 18th birthday. Our family is devastated and shocked by the loss of this goofy, loving and energetic sparkplug.
Clark was a passionate and talented ice hockey player. When he first got on the ice hockey rink at age 3, we all knew we were in trouble. In the words of his coach, our “wild child was exceptional, speedy and tormenting” which pretty well sums up Clark the Shark.
We can think of no better way to honor our Clark's memory than to set up a memorial scholarship to be made to the Aquinas Institute hockey program where Clark was finishing his senior year. He was really looking forward to the upcoming season and we were so excited to watch him at home on the ice.
Our family appreciates any donation you'd like to offer and we pray that it enables other young kids to pursue their NHL dreams or just to get out there, get banged up and shake it off in the Clark Palen fashion.
