Class of 2017 Remembers Emma Shafer

UPDATE: as this fundraiser has hit $7,000, we are going to stop this fundraising link to ensure Emma’s Foundation can get the same momentum when it goes live!

Emma was a beloved part of the SHS Class of 2017. As everyone has seen on social media, there are endless amounts of stories from classmates about her kindness and personality having an impact. Our class wants to honor her and wants to fundraise for the 3 below purposes:

-A memorial performance stand in the SHS Choir/Band room (costs around $500 - any unspent funds will go directly to the program)

-Donations to the foundation being created by Emma’s family in Emma’s name for Justice and Peace

-Donations to the SPS186 Foundation to specifically support arts programs at ALL schools (Emma would've totally called us out if we left out underserved schools!!!)

The first priority with funds will be the memorial music stand, then the remaining donations will be split between Emma’s Founation and SPS186 Foundation.
