It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we share this news.

The world unexpectedly lost a beautiful human, Claudia McLay on August 13, 2023.

Claudia is survived by her 3 daughters: Casey McLay and spouse Richard Holladay, Erin McLay and spouse Christopher Marek and Katie McLay and Spouse Taylor Burt. Granddaughters: Emily Marek, Finley Cyr and baby Everleigh Burt on the way.

The sudden and unexpected loss of Claudia has left her family and friends struggling to come to terms with this heartbreaking and devastating loss. In addition to the emotional toll, her family is going to be facing significant financial challenges in covering the cost of burial and other end-of-life expenses.

Claudia loved her family to no end and loved being a “Mimi”. She had a love for the outdoors: fishing, traveling, gambling, shopping and sharing time with her mother and spending time with her family and friends.
