Our beloved receptionist, Claudia, was brutally murdered on New Years Day in a domestic dispute . The children's father is in custody. Claudia was a pillar of our front staff for over 6 years. She was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, always had a smile and took care of business. On the news, this was the Compton New Years Eve Shooting. Claudia's father is recovering from his injuries.
Tragically her two young children are left without parents. We are starting a fund for the children, 7 and 10 years old. They are currently with Claudia's family.
The children spent many days here at Warner Center while Claudia was working. We paid them to help clean and assemble new charts to keep them busy.
They are beautiful, kind and loving children that we all knew and loved. We are heartbroken over this senseless tragedy.
In our time of grieving, we know that you are grieving too. We respectfully ask that you not call us or the family to ask for more information at this time. It is very difficult for our staff to talk about the situation and maintain composure at work.
