Claxton & Estremera Storm Relief
Donation protected
The families of two of our volunteer track & field coaches, Olympian Grace Claxton and former All-American Ricardo Estremera, were severely impacted by Hurricane Maria. The hurricane directly hit the U.S. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and left severe devastation which included death, destruction of homes, no power, water, and scarcity of food. It is estimated the power will not be restored for several months. We are asking for coaches, teams, our university community, alumni, and friends to assist these families to get the necessities that they need for survival and to help restore their lives. Please make a donation of any size which would be greatly appreciated by these special UAlbany families. All donations will go directly to the families to assist with buying necessities and items lost during the hurricane. On behalf of UAlbany Athletics, thank you in advance for your generosity.
