Clayton's Cancer Fight

On April 29, 2021 our world got knocked out of balance.  My brother Clayton Carver was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma in his tongue, mouth and right neck lymph nodes.  We are still trying to find the extent and stages along with the treatment battle plans.  It has be a journey so far. If they were do do a surgery today they would have to remove at least 3/4 of his tongue.  He would not be able to verbally communicate or eat without a feeding tube for the rest of his life.  Because of his age the doctors want to try to fight the cancer with Chemotherapy and Radiation to see if we can shrink the tumor.  As of right now he is scheduled to start Chemotherapy on June 2, 2021.  Fingers crossed hopefully he responds well to it and the surgery ends up being minimal.  He is looking at a very long road of treatment ahead of him.  Even with health insurance his deductible and share of the coinsurance is very large.  My goal with this GoFundMe is to get him as much help as possible.  He's already facing a battle, the worry about paying for it all is stress that he doesn't need right now.
