CLEAN AIR ALLIANCE oppose a bio-fuel facility

We are the Clean Air Alliance, a group of residents living in White Rock / South Surrey where Andion Global is proposing to build a bio-fuel facility adjacent to our homes, rivers and beaches.
If this project is allowed to proceed the emissions from this facility will include Nitrogen Oxides, Volatile Organic Compounds, Ammonia, Methane and Hydrogen Sulphide.
We need to your help to fight this corporate giant to stop them from building this facility in such an environmentally sensitive, heavy populated residential area.
Here is what the funds will be used for:
- Independent environmental assessment - NOT relying on Tetra Tech for our data whom Andion uses and is believed to have had some shady practises in Canada and around the world.
- Expert reporting by Chemical Engineers who can speak to how this "cocktail of toxins" may affect us and the environment long term.
- Lawyer
- Awareness - signs, ads,flyers. Posters,t-shirts to raise more awareness, etc.
Right now we are running on the kindness of a few people who are giving funds for banners, flyers and our website. These are just neighbours being generous.
