Devastating Fire- Help local business rebuild!

On Christmas Morning, Guillermina Medina, proprietor of Ralf Cleaners and Operations, a dry cleaning, tailoring and professional cleaning business that serves our community, woke up to the horrifying news that her business was gone - The building her business was in was completely destroyed by fire, taking all her equipment and leaving her with nothing but ashes. The building itself must be completely demolished.

I’ve been going to Guille for years for dry-cleaning and for her tailoring business. She is one of the few tailoring businesses still around. She made some nice pillows for me out of a few of Phil’s t-shirts after he passed, that I keep as comforting momentos.

She had already been hit hard by Covid, but through grit, perseverance and hard work she was making it through. She was always pleasant and proud of the work they do. This has been completely devastating for her and her family.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly to helping Guille rebuild her business, from identifying a new location to serve our community, to purchasing equipment. No contribution is too small.

I know many of us are impacted in some way. This is a time when our community needs us all to come together. Thank you for your support and let’s hope 2024 can be a time of renewed hope for Guille and her fellow business owners.
