Hi, my name is Declan and I'm raising funds to help my girlfriend (Maeli) and her mother (Alison) who tragically lost their home to a fire on Sunday March 2, 2025.

Alison got home after running errands and everything looked normal from the outside, but when she opened the door smoke and fire came billowing out. She was unable to make it past the threshold to her 3 dogs (Gibby, Frankie & Charlie) and had to call 911. When the fire department arrived they pulled all 3 dogs out unconscious. Tragically Gibby and Charlie passed away from smoke inhalation. Thankfully Frankie was resuscitated. They are completely devastated.

Since the fire, the house has been deemed uninhabitable with all the contents inside being declared a total loss. I'm posting this hoping through the love and support of friends and family we can help Maeli and Alison move forward after this tragic event. They are fortunate the overall structure is still standing without any major damage to the outside. All of the damage took place inside the house and will have to be gutted completely. They will not be able to live there again for at least 8-10 months.
