Support Clifford Haynes
Donation protected
Employees at Elk Station Units 2 & 3 along with Clifford Haynes' family would like to reach out to friends and family for financial support during this difficult time.
With permission from Cliff's parents Daphne Worthy and Clifford Haynes, Sr., we would like to share the following information:
On Thursday, November 26, 2015, while visiting his family in Bakersfield, California for Thanksgiving, Clifford was shot several times including a bullet to the head/face and several shots to the body. Police officials have not released any other details at this time.
Clifford is currently in ICU. He has already undergone one surgery and is scheduled for additional surgeries later this week and possibly in the months to come. The family reports that doctors are unable to provide an accurate prognosis at this time but anticipate that at minimum, he will need at least a year to recover. Clifford is non-verbal, but responsive and has indicated to doctors that he cannot feel his legs.
Clifford has worked for TIC-The Industrial Company for almost two years and is currently enrolled in our craft training program to become a pipe welder. He is currently assigned to Elk Station Units 2 & 3 in Abernathy, Texas.
Clifford is a hard working gentleman who actively supports his family. While at Elk Station Units 2 & 3, he has been an invaluable asset to the pipe department.
Not only will he be unable to work to provide for his family but he will also be accumulating hefty medical bills throughout his recovery.
We ask for two things:
1. Keep Clifford Haynes in your thoughts and prayers.
2. If you are able, give financially to help cover his medical costs and expenses.
If you have any questions or have other ways that you would like to help, please do not hesitate to contact us.
