Powys Pets In Need donate free pet food Short term, to people on low income and financial hardship in Powys, 2,000 Square miles we cover, OUR PURPOSE For the public benefit, the relief of financial hardship among people in Powys in such ways as the Trustee's see fit, but in particular by the provision of free pet food to individuals and families.
