Clint Killman
Donation protected
Clint Killman, 38, has battled metastatic melanoma cancer since 2007. Clint has been married to his wife Brandy for almost 18 years, and they have two children, Colby (17) and Celsie (15). Clint has been through 17 surgeries, and an uncountable amount of chemo treatments and clinical trials, to manage his cancer. Clint by far, isn't close to being done with all the treatments, chemo, and clinical trials. He has just recently returned from MD Anderson Cancer Treatment, located in Houston TX. At MD Anderson, they were able to remove a tumor from his stomach the size of a small cantaloupe. MD Anderson also, extracted tissue from this tumor, to try to grow T-Cells, for a very extreme clinical trial that has proven to worked for some people.
His doctor’s current concern is, Clint also has a tumor on his tailbone that the doctors are going to do a procedure called Ablation, to give Clint some comfort. The doctor's in Springfield are unable to perform the T-cell trail procedure here. Therefore, both the T-Cell trial and Ablation procedure will need to be performed in Houston. Clint and his family have a lot of big decisions to make moving forward. Let's help take some of the burden off his family and help assist for travel and other expenses back to MD Anderson Cancer Treatment for these very important procedures. Everyone's support is very much appreciated.
