Cloe needs urgent dental care and surgery

Chloe is a 8 year old cat. When we took her into the vet for annual exam and bloodwork we found out she had several very infected teeth and abscess on her gums and in her throat. The vet estimates the surgery will be 450 to 550 dollars. I also had a blow out on a tire and need to purchase a new tire so that I can get her to the vet and me to work. My car also has a broken door actuator so that you have to crawl across the car to unlock the door from the inside to get in the car and you have to crawl across the passenger seat to get out. The repair cost on this is approximately 175 dollars. I have no family who can he,p with these costs at this time.
