Fundraiser: Clonmany Christmas Lights & Tidy Towns

Hello there, and Seasons Greetings from the Clonmany Tidy Towns committee! Check out our amazing 2022 Switch On Video. We are looking to raise some funds so we can maintain projects like this in the village and go a little more this year....

The current committee was formed early in 2022 and took it upon themselves to work towards making Clonmany village look it's absolute best throughout the year.

We were delighted with the feedback and positive comments from locals and visitors alike from our efforts over the summer months. These efforts involved a project to provide new hanging baskets throughout the village, painting and planting of new flower boxes along with the general maintenance work that goes into keeping the town looking it's best.

With the summer having ended the committee agreed to bring in the Christmas Lights as part of the Tidy Town's remit. We feel that keeping the town as bright and beautiful in the dark days of winter is as important as the work we do in the summer.

As you will see from the photos and video, the town is looked so great for Christmas 2022, however like all projects it is very important for us to plan ahead for fundraising so we can continue to improve Clonmany villages for everyone to enjoy in the future. Therefore, as part of our fundraising efforts we are inviting you to make a contribution through our GoFund page so that we can continue to deliver these projects in upcoming years.

We are delighted with any amount you might be able to contribute as it will all add up.

We can ensure that 100% of funds gathered will be used for Clonmany Tidy Towns projects across the year, including the maintenance and improvement of our Christmas Lights.
