Club Q Victims Fund (Colorado Springs)

Donation protected
This fund is for the victims and survivors of the Club Q Shooting in Colorado Springs, Colorado that occurred on November 19, 2022.

100% of what we collect will go DIRECTLY to victims. The Colorado Healing Fund does not do this and, therefore, is not a model we support.

We work to ensure that victims of mass casualty crime receive 100% of the donations intended for them and that donations are not used to fund salaries, overhead or other programs.

We believe that when you give, your intent is for those donations to go directly to victims and not to nonprofits, and it’s what victims believe as well. We exist simply to steward your donations directly to victims. Zero percentage is taken out.

Your donation will be placed into a separate bank account marked exclusively for the victims/survivors of the Club Q shooting. Victims/survivors can apply for the funds through our current application process, which can be found on our website:

Your donation will be given directly to victims/survivors until every penny has been distributed.

VictimsFirst comprises two decades of families of previous mass shootings who have been previously re-victimized by nonprofits that collect donations from a trusting public without the intention of giving 100% to victims.

Members of our Board and Leadership Council are also victims/survivors of the Pulse Nightclub shooting that occurred in Orlando, Florida—who know how important it is for victims/survivors to receive 100% of the donations collected.

From 2021-2022, VictimsFirst has granted over $8.9M directly to victims/survivors of mass shootings, including the King Sooper’s Shooting in Boulder, Colorado that occurred on March 22, 2021, the Buffalo Tops’ mass shooting that occurred on May 14, 2022, and the Robb Elementary School Shooting in Uvalde, Texas that occurred on May 24, 2022.

We believe in full transparency. This is why we post our monthly financial statements on our website so that you can see how much we collect through our victims' funds and that 100% is distributed to victims/survivors, as promised.

Victims First, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our EIN is 32-0656956.
