The Heartbeat facilities
Donation protected
We purchased our small farm a few years ago with dreams of making it a place where we could carry out the missions of The Heartbeat Center for Writing, Literacy and the Arts Inc. My wife, Dee, and I founded this nonprofit organization to inspire people in the rural countryside to better understand themselves and the land through writing and other arts.
Unfortunately, the work we’ve done with The Heartbeat Center during the past 13 years has drained our personal finances, leaving us unable to complete upgrades to our historic 146-year-old farm’s facilities. Those changes will allow the farm to host the many The Heartbeat Center programs we have planned. That’s why we’re asking you to help us to better help others.
Your donation will allow us to maintain the Eimon Homestead century farm and to make improvements to attract writers and artists from all corners. Once programs are fully running at the farm, those programs will make The Heartbeat Center and the farm much more self-sustaining.
Please help people use this land to grow through writing, visual arts, music and theater.
Visit www.theheartbeat.us for more information about our mission and programs.
