Clyde Douglas Gray Memorial is a Fund set up for his daughters. The girls were
his world and this Fund is to help provide for their futures. His family hopes that
the community can help in the family’s time of need.
Clyde Douglas Gray, 42, of Greenup, Kentucky, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Sunday, December 13, 2020, due to a construction accident in Adams County, Ohio.
Doug was born January 26, 1978, in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of David Earl and Vivian Sue Blanton Gray of Greenup and Brent Althaus of Centerville, Ohio and the late Connie Marie (Berkley) Althaus.
Doug was a truck driver for L. R. Daniels Trucking. He loved music and singing gospel music with his family.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded by his grandfather Jack Gray and grandparents Clyde and Patricia Hamilton Berkley.
In addition to his father, Doug is survived by his fiancé' Trista Lee Mabry. They were planning on getting their marriage license before the accident; his grandmother, Bernice Collins Gray of Greenup; five children, Hayley M. Gray, Mackenzie P. Gray, Angela L. Gray, Adrianna N. Gray and Mercedes L. Valandingham; three brothers, David Jason (Chanel) Gray of Raceland, Kentucky, Adam Sprauer of Bellbrook, Ohio, and Chris (Rebecca) Sprauer of Xenia, Ohio; two sisters, Kesha Carter of Decatur, Alabama, and Kellie (Mickey) Travers of Hanceville, Alabama; a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and family who loved him and will miss him greatly.
A private family service will be conducted by his uncle Jerry Gray and Bro. Danny Brown at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup. Burial will be in the Gray Family Cemetery in Greenup. Condolences may be made at rlrfuneralhome.comworld
